i was browsing in a fabulous store in a to-be-mentioned city and came across a line of products from blue Q. i was especially taken with their tin banks:

yesterday, i was on the bus and this person who was asian (i couldn’t quite pinpoint his ethnicity but got this chinese/mongolian vibe) drew my attention. anyway i overheard him conversing with another person and low and behold…they were speaking russian! i suppose this person was from the eastern parts of russia or something. there’s something you don’t see everyday. this is as rare as a chinese jew (they do exist). after all, most russians westerners are familiar with look caucasian. (and speaking of words…why is there ‘asian’ in ‘caucasian’? i know there’s a joke in there somewhere.) go kimchi powa!
